Booking Fee: $25 (non-returnable). 

Check-in time: 3:00pm.  Check-out time: 10:00am. 

No Pets Allowed. 

No Smoking in Condos or Indoor Common Areas. 

$150 deposit due to confirm reservation. 

The balance of contract must be received at least two (2) weeks prior to arrival date. 

Nonappearance of confirmed reservation without proper notification will result in forfeiture of deposit.
